Arrival Wait Times & Delays
Airport/Port Pickups: We offer 45 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands or your ferry docks.
Flight/Ferry Monitoring: We track arrivals in real-time. There are no extra charges for delays beyond your control; we simply adjust your pickup time.
Hotel/Villa Pickups: Please be ready at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before the booking is considered a “No-Show.”
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time receive a 100% refund.
Last-Minute Changes: Cancellations made within 24 hours or “No-Shows” are non-refundable.
Weather/Force Majeure: If a tour is cancelled due to extreme weather or ferry/flight cancellations, we offer a full refund or a free reschedule.
Vehicle & Safety
Capacity: For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle booked.
Child Seats: Available free of charge upon request. Please specify the age of the child during booking.
Cleaning Fee: An additional fee may apply for excessive mess or damage to the vehicle interior caused by passengers.
Payments
We accept secure online payments, bank transfers, or cash/card payments directly to the driver (as per your specific booking agreement). All prices include VAT and local taxes.
Important Traveler Reminders:
- Tap Water: Do not drink the tap water in Santorini; always use bottled water (we provide this for free in our vehicles!).
- Shoes: The cobblestone streets are slippery. Wear comfortable sneakers or sandals with grip, especially in Oia and Fira.
- Check-Out: Remember that hotel check-out is usually at 11:00 AM. If your flight is late, we can arrange a half-day tour to fill the gap!

Santorini is very busy, especially from May to September. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. For weddings or large groups, 2–4 weeks is ideal.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
